Objective
of the course
When facing
the legal cases, many people will not know how to systematically present their
cases to the court. Although lawyers are hired, lawyer can only do the legal judgement
on the information provided by the client.
The ethics of
lawyer prohibits them to construct the case.
In many
circumstances, the clients need the assistance provided by someone who can
share their feelings , provide the assistance to them in construction of the
case and provide the support to present the case to the lawyers and the court.
Diploma in
Legal Studies and Administration, Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies and
Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration (Legal System) are the courses
designed for Para-Legal Professional to provide effective supports to the
clients, effective support for the lawyers, legal administration and law office
administration.
The courses
are not designed for becoming a Licensed Lawyer. But they are designed for
Legal Support, Para-Legal , Law Office Support and
Legal Business Management.

Diploma in Legal Studies and Administration.
